Tre (3) Swedish Carrier + Huawei B593 router

Hello!

I bought the Huawei B593 router, the seller told me it was unlocked so I could use any carrier for my mobile internet.

But when I connected the sim card to the router it wouldn't work - for some reason it tells me my USIM-card is locked and that I have to enter a 8 digit code to unlock it.

I don't have any code like this and I'm really desperate for help!

I attempted using the DC-unlocker client, and this is the text:

This means that your router is locked.
You can unlock it by dc-unlocker. Unlocking needs 7 credits and cost 7 euros.
