Unfortunately, but this firmware that your device runs is not supported by dc-unlocker at the moment, maybe someday in future, no exact date. Currently there is no solution to this problem.

Usually almost all customised firmwares are not supported. This special firmwares built for the service provider and dont allow you to unlock the device. Unlock code entry blocked.

Nothing matters. Dashboard is only the connection software. Firmware is the important thing for unlocking. If you try to flash your device with different firmware version you will get much percent to brick your device because security zones which contains the unlock/lock data is read only in the firmware.
If you brick your device (means bootzone damaged and cannot start) you can only unbrick using JTAG device if model or chipset is supported of any JTAG equipment on market.

So that it's better to leave it working in one service, and forget about unlocking it..
