Huawei D23HW

Does any one know DC-unlocker could support D23HW?

It is very silimar to Huawei E180, but support 1700 & 2100

This model is not supported at now. Could you try detecting this modem with dc-unlocker and write us what is detected? Maybe we would be able to make it supported.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Could you check it and try detecting again? Thank you in advance.

I re-test it. The DC-Unlocker still can't detect it.
Maybe the manufacturer name is not Huawei because customized version.
Is there any software I could use to verfiy?

Sorry, if modem can not be detected, then can not unlock it too.

Could you try unlocking it? Unlock as it is detected now. As Unknown Huawei modem.
