Please try to detect it with dc-unlocker first, if it will be detected then we might be able to find a solution to unlock it.

      unable to detect

DC-Unlocker 1.0.1074 does note recognize it. i think there is trouble with Diagnostic port.

My E5372s32 is unlocked but i want to debrand it. I activate diag port (and disabled virtualCD mount with "AT^SETPORT="A1,A2;12,13,16,A2") but was unable to send AT commands with "cu -s 57600 /dev/cu.HUAWEIMobile-Diag" the diag port.
      The "cu -s 57600 /dev/cu.HUAWEIMobile-PCui" works

Sorry then ,we provide support only regarding device unlock and configuration for unlock. Check in device manager if device appears under Modems and ports lines for it to be detectable on dc-unlocker software.

If it does not detect, check device manager if device appears there, we will check what could be done regarding it.

Right click on your device under network adapters and select disable, see if anything pops up related to it in device manager. It would be good if you could restore device to its previosu state before you entered any AT command.

DC-unlocker team, have you had any progress in the last three weeks?
I tried to detect my E5272T with dc-unlocker_client-1.00.1074 but it was not able to detect, as per monsieurxu's posts.

Also, there is another thread here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/sh...ad.php?p=64657

Can you explain exactly what you want?

don't really explain what you want to know.
Yes, under "OTHER" in Device Manager, "HUAWEI MOBILE" shows up twice (both with a (!) yellow icon

Then means not all drivers installed. Install drivers and try to detect by dc-unlocker then.

Thanks. That makes sense. I just ran the Telstra setup on Windows, which appeared to install drivers, and then ran DC-Unlocker. It found the E5372T successfully.

Is there anything else I need to do to send this to you?
