Hello! I have a Huawei Y300-0100 and I am using Windows 8.1 64 bit. I installed drivers from this website (DriverSetup64.exe) and had a reboot.

I want to unlock the bootloader, but when I start DC Unlocker and searching for my phone, I have these errors:

    Detecting phone :

    selection :
    manufacturer - Huawei phones
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Found Applications port COM3
    Found Diagnostics port COM4

    unknown error (231)

DBAadapter reserved Interface driver ver. 2.0.6.601 required, please download and install ( download link: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/download/..._2.0.6.601.zip )
    and

    Detecting phone :

    selection :
    manufacturer - Huawei phones
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Found Applications port COM3
    Found Diagnostics port COM4

    Phone not found !
Why does it happen to me? Thank you for help! Sorry for my probably bad english...

This happened because incorrect drivers were installed on pc, before you install ones that are provided by software, uninstall previously ones that were on computer, disable windows automatic update so they won't be installed by windows to avoid this problem. Also make sure to not install drivers that comes with the phone itself. Phone is detected only in download mode, full guide here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/free-hua...nlock-tutorial

I uninstalled all of the drivers, disabled automatic driver installation and allowed PC to run not-signed drivers. Installed "DriverSetup64" and rebooted. When I connect the smartphone to the PC (in download mode) and launch DC Unlocker I have yet the same problem...

What version of dc-unlocker you user?
Are there more modems or phones connected to pc at time you try to detect it?
Under what lines you see your phone in device manager?
Does it have a drive in "My Computer/Computer area?

          1) I am using the last version, 1.00.1074

          2) No, my Huawei Y300 is the only device (except of keyboard, mouse, headset) connected to PC.

          3) In device manager, for first I uninstalled all of the drivers related to Android, then I installed drivers from DC Unlocker. Now I see this:

          4) No, my smartphone haven't a drive in "My Computer". Previously it had.

Attempt to detect it on another pc if possible.

Ehi Ehi I noticed an important thing... After installing driver from DC Unlocker site, in device manager I have nothing about them (I choose option to show hidden drivers). They appears when I connect phone to PC and Windows starts the hardware configuration.
