Phone was dead.After resurect with jtag and flashing revived.I try to unlock with DC but stay locked

Well the phone was not unlocked by dc-unlocker, and if the phone is not locked at all try to check phone settings for another sim to work with it, like network type, mode (like plane mode on), try to restart phone by removing battery for 30 seconds.
