Is there original or other provider sim inserted to modem at detect time when you see lock status as unlocked?

when the modem detact with a sim already expired but is original provided. but i test the modem with other provided the sim in service but cant connect .
But i No ideal it is unblock or now.this modem is under network starhub Singapore.

Detect modem by dc-unlocker when not original sim inserted. What lock status you see then?

Then means your modem is not locked or already unlocked.
