I purchased 7 credits to unlock Huawei U7510 phone, I went through the whole process and got to the point where you have to unplug usb cable and plug back in which I did, a error(21 I think) came up, phone did not unlock and is now frozen please could you fix this and where have my credits gone.

Reconnect phone to pc and repeat process, make sure pc suite of the phone is not running in background, no other phone or modem can be connected to pc. If credits were consumed during the error then it means now you can unlock this phone with 0 credits in your account.

I have done as you suggested but is now

Some other software most likely uses your phone, you sure that pc suite is not runnign in background/tray bar? If phone still has cd drive after installation of it then right click on that drive and select eject.

Right I have ejected, should I re-install DC unlocker

If you do not remember your password remind it by pressing "remind button" in same place where you try to write it in.

Right done everything, got new password,
credits still there, but is now coming up
with code error 64 unlock failed

It is same error as 63, you have not logged into server.
