E5830 problem, but not with the unlock

Hey there,

Got a 3 E5830 on firmware 666.11.17.07.108SP02

Paid for the unlock with 15 credits, and it now accepts all sims and even allows me to use the web front end now. Thanks to DC-Unlocker for the fix and all working.

Next, and my problem
Downloaded the firmware update from a couple of places for version E5838Update_716.11.17.07.108SP02

This exe runs and sees the E5830 when connected via usb, it then goes through the upgrade and seems to work, the log output is:

When it finishes and says successful, it is still on 666.11.17.07.108SP02, I can live with it, I have tried it a couple of times and still not working. Using VMware, but it all seems to work.

Any ideas?
