Huawei E586 - Unlock button greyed out?

Been trying to work this out for a couple of hours now but am getting nowhere.
Unlocking button greyed out so can't click it when when 3 sim in (device currently locked to 3).
If I try my gift gaff card I can click on unlock but then it gives me an error code 202.
This is with an alternate internet connection, if I don't have a working connection it just fails to contact the server.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

There must be not 3 sim card inside the device when you detect/unlock it. Use latest dc-unlocker https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/oj3xOlok , follow this guide https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-e...d-unlock-guide to unlock and fix connection issues on your side.
