This modem is not supported, we need to see it detected by dc-unlocker to work on it further.

And how do I do that? I tried the "auto detect" in DC Unlocker but it seems to fail (see other thread). Please be specific and I'll give you the information you need. Thanks.

Please check device manager window when E5372t is connected to pc, let us know how it appears there - under which lines: Modems/Ports/Network Adapters etc.

Portable Devices
- E:\ (I can see it's made by Huawei so must be the SD card reader in the modem)

System Devices
- HUAWEI Mobile Connect - Extra Control Device

Universal Serial Bus Controllers
(these are the Huawei specific things I can find)
- HUAWEI Enumerator Device
- HUAWEI Enumerator Device (a second time)
- HUAWEI Mobile Connect - Bus Enumerate Device
