Cannot select Unlock Button - Trying to unlock e5220

  • Cannot select Unlock Button - Trying to unlock e5220

    Hi,
    I'm trying to unlock a huawei e5220. I can't select the 'unlock' button for some reason. It is 'greyed out'.
    The details are below.

    Thats because it is detected as unlocked as you can see. To get correct lock status on detection insert sim card from operator that device does not work with, then you'll see true lock status.

      It's the simple things. Many thanks Valdemaras. After changing the SIM I got a few error codes (62/202), but I followed your link to the Adaptor binding settings in a previous thread and that fixed it. All sorted. Thank you!
