I received a new Globe Tattoo Huawei E1552 usb modem with the latest firmware of ver 11.608.13.10.158 which is not able to unlock by DC-unlocker. The customized firmware is locked and even if i try to insert a different OPERATOR SIM other than Globe, it always prompts me "Action not allowed". I tried to run another connection software of the other local network of same version but it says' "Only the specified SIM/USIM is allowed". I even tried Huawei Modem Code Writer but it alwalys fails. When i tried to enter the 8 digit unlock code it says, "Sending Command...ERROR". All 10 tries or unlocking attempts were consumed(zero). Counter cannot be reset. Can anyone provide a solution for this? Thanks in advance.

Huawei E1552 Cannot Be Unlocked

I also tried and downloaded both firmware and dashboard but to no avail. There seems to be a problem with the firmware, it will not continue when i try to update. Maybe there is something wrong with the firmware. Kindly pls check Sir. I really tried several times, still it will not continue update. Can you pls upload it again.

Sorry, if it does not allow to unlock in usual way and does not allow to update firmware, then dc-unlocker can not unlock this modem.
