  • Unlock Huawie E585-U82 not detecting

    Hi im having problems with the DC-UNLOCKER program its not detecting the huawie pocker-wifi E585-U82 as its locked to Vodafone network.

    Needing help

    As i want to give my modem to a family member and he uses telstra usb modem need a portable wifi for his tablet so he can use to email jobs and invoices to clients.

    Please any help would be great

    If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
    Check, if the drivers are installed
    Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
    Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
    Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

      found out it was my pc not downloading all the drivers needed for the wifi.

      Worked once i connected it to my netbook and used dc-unlocker

      Created a new profile in advanced settings.

      On thing to keep in mind for people using Telstra mobile broadband wireless internet
      to set the
      APN on CHAP
      APN settings need to be set as static : telstra.internet
      Internet settings leave as dynamic
      Then save profile
      insert sim then your rite to use if your sim is active
