Is phone software closed at detect and unlock time? Maybe there are modem phones or modems connected to computer at unlock time? If so, disconnect them and repeat unlock.

You have missed something then from the steps that Vincentas mentioned as there is most likely another modem or phone connected to pc or ps suite of the phone not closed and using com port that phone is detected by. Please try to reinstall device on pc, run only dc-unlocker software, then try to detect and unlock it.
