Huawei B970b LAN detection

Hello! I want to unlock Huawei B970b. It is well-known that this modem can not be connected via USB and DC-Unlocker will unlock it just via LAN.

But when i connect the modem via LAN, DC Unlocker says that he can't find any modem.
Tried:
turn off wi-fi, other internet connections, anti-virus. Nothing helps. DC-Unlocker just doesnt see the modem.
But i can go to 192.168.1.1 and surf Admin panel without any problems!!!

P.S. Also i dont understand if my modem is locked or not. It allows me to change the propeties of the connection. But dont allow to alter the Profile Name - its always "SmartTone-Vodafone". But dialed number, APN, etc. - all other i CAN change.
But! I tried to insert 2 different SIMs from different carriers - no reaction. He writes:
SIM Card Status: Unknown
Network Type: No Service
Bandwidth: Unknown
Service Status: Unknown

And signal stairway shows no progress.

If no SIM installed all data stay the same.

So i guess i need to do that LAN unlock. Please, help needed.

If you router appears in adapters, then make sure its connection is on the bottom of the list as if computer sees it on the top it will try to use it for connecting therefore you won't be able to detect it. How to check them see here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings

I did it. But DC-Unlocker still doesnt find the modem by lan. Even if all other connections are removed.

got the same problem too.

How to change firmware of B970b? Also do this forum has available other firmware?
