B683 failed unlock update?

Hi Guys,

I tried a while back to unsuccessfully unlock my router, I had credit put back into my account.

Is there any way to get this modem unlocked with new software?

this still did not work with the latest dc un lock v1105

can i get a refund for this as i have tried many times with every version of dc unlock now.

What exactly did not work for you? Please provide more information and we will try to help you.

well, I cant unlock my modem, at all it seems? I put in 7 more credits Friday and tried the new s/w from dc unlock. that would not work too, I never took a copy of the error but i think it was 141.

I was talking to a guy here on the help line and cant believe this wont unlock. I used the latest software as stated and had the modem joined to my pc with ethernet. I have tried all the other versions of dc unlock also.

can i get a refund as it seems this modem wont unlock at all. I can go on help chat again if needed.

We have checked logs of your unlocking attempts, and it seems that the unlock counter is blocked which is the reason for this error that you receive. Unfortunately there is no solution to reset counter for this device, therefore refund for your purchased credits was made.
