From what dashboard you are using your modem with? Have you checked settings, maybe network selected manually? Also might be sim cards fault.

i use this dashboard [E1732_all_op] i write houndred modem till date and i salect gsm or wcdma but same problem no network

Then try to check if device is really unlock by detecting it on DC-unlocker wih not original sim that it used to work, check device with more sim cards from dashboard that you currently use for this modem.
