problem in e303 hilink modem

i bought 4 credits from this site to unlock my e303 modem
after pressing the button ( unlock) my modem was successfully unlocked
but nothing changed it,s still locked and there is no network for other sim
i want the solution for this problem or communicate with admin to refund my money

Please paste here detect info of your modem from dc-unlocker software.

that,s what happened with me although the dc unlocker told me the modem successfuly unlocked
but after this i find that there is nothing changed it,s still locked

Unfortunately but this firmware that your device runs is not supported by dc-unlocker at the moment, maybe someday in future, no exact date. Currently we do not have solution to this problem.

If you spent credits to unlock it then let us know your username so we can add them back of check for refund possibility on your request.

can i use the credits to solve the problem in my zte modem mf 180 ?
i lost the firmware for the modem and during set up the firm ware an peoblem happen like in the picture
