  • Help needed with E5776s

    Hello there

I had unlocked 2 devices earlier E586 and B593 with absolutely no problem. Am now trying to unlock the E5776s and try as I might, I'm just able to.

I put in a SIM from a different provider and switched on the device. I then disabled wifi on my laptop and connected the E5776s to my laptop using USB. A couple of drivers installed such as mass storage and some others, but it did not install the driver that would enable dc-unlocker to detect the device. An autorun popped up and I installed a program called MobileWifi that installed the 2 remaining required drivers.

    Now, my problem ....
I connected to the internet using my ethernet cable and my connection screen appears as linked below.

As you can see on connection shows that there is internet access and the other no access.

When I open dc-unlocker and scan for the device, the device is detected, but I cannot login with the password as there is not "internet access". If I remove the E5776s cable, I can login but the device is not detected.

    Can someone please help?

    Thanks

You should check adapter bindings - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings this should solve your problem.

Thank you so much Valdemaras I managed to get it working late last night ... about 2pm. Not sure how I did it, but by disabling one connection after another and then turning one on and shutting down the other, it finally worked.

I'll save this instruction of your for future reference.

Just after I unlocked it, I saw that there was an update. Will go ahead and update it tomorrow and I hope that does not lock the device again.

      Thanks again,
      Cheers

If device gets locked back again after update just use same log in details, this way you'll be able to unlock same device for free.
