  • How to Unlock E8278

Before posting this i have searched all tutorials and forum topics but an unable to find required instructions.
I have a Telstra Branded Huawei E8278 running the Telstra Firmware / Software. Code 5277486*
I have purchased the Unlock code from you ( very easy and happy with procedure ).
Where and how do i access the modem to enter it?
I am happy to purchase more credits should this be required for any further actions needed.

Please use direct unlock - detyect modem by dc-unlocker software and select auto read and enter unlock code. This will not require credits for same modem that you have generated code and you will be able to do this with 0 credits in your account.

The top 2 options, "auto read and enter unlock code to modem" and "Read firmware code" keep the "do job" button greyed out. Only the "Generate unlock code by imei" and "gererate firmware code by imei" allow the "do job" button to display ??

If those options make "do job" button to become grey it means that you have detected modem with "unlocked" status. You must insert invalid sim into modem - not Telstra one, then detect, afterwards you should see true lock status of your modem on detection and only then do job button will be active when first option mentioned by Vincentas is marked.
