How to unlock E5372 s-32 ?

After detecting modem and checking credit the Unlock button is dimmed and cant be used! Any suggestions to help continue unlocking the modem?

also when ever the modem is connected the browser is directed to its setting page and internet connectivity is lost.

I tried removing the device to the bottom of the binding list and reconnecting it, but the same thing happens and the browser opens the locked device settings page! here's the log:

What sim is there inserted at detect time? Original or other provider?

Solved!!

I had two Huawei routers, one to unlock, and the other to get internet connectivity.
and booth had the same default IP address which was casing problems

so I simply changed the ip of the device I wanted to connect to the internet with, and kept the ip as default for the device to be unlocked.

connected to the internet through Wi-Fi, and connected the locked device to the USB.

everything went smooth from there

now is there a way to get rid of the interface that the previous carrier had on the unlocked modem? I'm not interested in seeing their logo any more
