    Dear DC-Unlocker Team,
    I already bought a modem Huawei E5372s BOLT WiFi MiFi Router from indonesia,
    This modem already unlock..
    but I wear in malaysia, can not detect 4g .. only detect 3g network..
    as far i know those LTE in Malaysia supporting 1800 & 2600 mhz
    help me sir ..
    Model E5372s
    box detail : 2300mhz

      Sorry, can't help, we provide only unlock service. It might not support those network types because of local frequencies difference of those networks.

        Dear DC-Unlocker Team,
        this is sample MDMA current setting for BOLT E5372s..
        i try to tick LTE 1800mhz & 2600mhz.. then after click apply, setting automatic to 2300mhz back.. T.T
        i hope Dc Unlocker got solution how to set Band Frequencies for Bolt e5372s

              Detecting modem :

              selection :

              model - Auto detect (recommended)

              Found Applications port COM6

              Found modem : E5372

              Compile date / time : Mar 27 2014 15:35:09

              SIM Lock status : unlocked
              Wrong codes entered : 10 (unlock attempts left : 0)

              The modem says that it is unlocked, however when I tried to insert other SIM card it will display device locked. I don't know, maybe the firmware doesn't allow to detect lock status.
              So, my question is, is it possible to unlock this device?

                    Hi Support Team,
                    i bought 7 credits and run DC unlocker version 1.00.1125 to unlock Bolt E5372S, but after several attempt the modem is still locked.
                    I just went through the forum and found another software which is huawei_e5372bolt_unlocker_v4, but now i've ran out the credit.
                    Can you please return my 7 credit so i can try again to unlock with the new software ?
