Huawei e5172 firmware updater not working

Hello.

I have successfully unlocked my e5172 router using dc unlocker client and 7 credits, but it still has the network isp dashboard.

I have downloaded the firmware updater file from the support section but anytime I run it, the app opens up then closes immediately.

Please how can I fix this because I cannot use another sim on this router cause there is no option to change the apn settings.

Sorry,we do not have firmware update files and can not help you with updater related problems.
Try redownloading, try to run updater on other computer. Maybe this will help.

I already have the firmware update file and have run your updater on 3 computers and it still doesn't work.

Is it safe to assume that your updater app doesn't work?

Note that there must be dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or infinity dongle connected to pc for updater to work.

Same problem,,,
I tried to use the tool in 3 laptops (2 win7 & 1 WinXp) working only for 2 sec and then disappear, also i uninstalled my antivirus and firewall but same thing
I hope to find a new update to solve the problem

Yes, correct. They are purchased from our resellers only. Just note that they cost and it is not worthy to purchase it if you want to unlock only 1 device.

Maybe you have tried to launch it on another computer? Could you write here or by private message your dongle id as well?
