Huawei E303 vodafone Egypt

Greetings....
I have the same problem about Error code 62
I'm trying to unlock this USB modem, which is locked to vodafone Egypt, and I tried to unlock it with/without sim card, and using another internet connection (wifi interface) but for some reason when I connect the E303 modem, it cuts all internet connections (like taking over connection)
Will you please tell me what to do?

You may receive this error because modem that you try to unlock is overtaking your connection.

Sorry, but even after solving this error you will not be able to unlock this modem as this version is not supported.
