Do you use latest dc-unlocker software version?
Is modem detected by autodetect and modem software closed at unlock time?

Restart modem and repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits.

No, do not need credits to repeat unlock. What sim is there inserted in device at detect time? Original (same provider as modem) or other provider?
