Huawei U9130

i just perchase a huawei u9130 from indonisia.
the sim card is unlock.but the network access point is lock,so i just
can made a phone call only, not mms and internet.

i chack at dc-unlocker it show

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0401

Detecting phone :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei phones
model - Auto detect

Found Phone : 19
Model : iNQ Mini 3G
IMEI : 358********4225
Firmware : 9130_B047SP02NL_2009120

and it not in the huawei supported models list

Please some one can help,to unlock it,
and what software can access to phone system area to change,del or modify
the file like system sound,picture etc..
