You are sure that you have performed unlock for it successfully, as i can not check it without your username or device's IMEI. If you really have unlocked it then usually problem is that APN settings were not changed for other operators sim to work with unlocked device. These settings are set in web panel/dashboard of the device, how to access it is usually mentioned in user manual of device.
