Hi everyone I need assistance in unlocking my K3765 modem, I purchased credits and got my unlock code, but i have no idea what to do with it as there is nowhere that I am asked to put it in, please can someone explain what is the next step after getting the unlock code.

this is what i get, i already got the code so my credit is zero, but the unlock button is grey cannot use it.
Unlock button is grayed out because modem is detected as unlocked. To detect modem with correct lock status make sure to insert sim into modem from operator that it does not work with, then detect and see results.
Still nothing have tried all 3 network simcards available they all say unlocked but when i launch the modem dashboard it gives an error about the sim, also the only time the "do job" button is available is when i select the unlock with imei but already got the unlock code with that option.

If you insert other operators sim than the one modem works with and it is detected as unlocked, means modem is not locked. Problem might be in customized dashboard that you are trying to use it with. Try to use mobile partner https://files.dc-unlocker.com/backen...DDF8E0359E43E7 instead.
