E5756s-2 Three WebPocket 42 unlock

Hello everybody,

I tried to unlock the E5756s-2 device, italian operator 3, with no success.

The device is correctly found from dc-unlocker, but when I try to unlock it I get some error (something like error 63, I don't remember the exact number).

Also the number of unlock trials read by dc-unlocker is wrong (it says that I have only one chance to unlock the device, but I have 10 times, I found the real number from the 192.168.1.1/unlock page).

In the dc-unlocker page I can see that E5756 is supported, but I cannot see E5756s-2.

Please could you help me?

You get this error because you are not logged into server.

You get correct username and password for logging into server when you purchase credits. You can buy them here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy . After making payment, check your email for server login information.

It mostly depends on its firmware, you could paste it here from detect info that you get on dc-unlocker, then we would be able to check if it is really supported for unlock.

7 credits required for this device unlock, as it sees from database this particualr firmware was not yet unlocked/attempted to unlock by dc-unlocker, therefore no exact information abou it available at the moment. If you face any error during unlock please let us know, keep in mind that refund is possible in case there is no possible way to unlock device.

I followed your instructions and bought 7 credits, logged in to my account in dc-unlocker and connected the modem. But when it comes to press the "unlock" button I find it in gray (button that cannot be pressed).

This is because your device is detected as unlocked on dc-unlocker. To fix this, insert sim card from operator that your device does not work with, then redetect and then perform unlock.
