Sorry, we provide refund only when you perform direct unlock. Therefore log in with same username into server, detect modem, then perform unlock (this time it will require 0 credits), then after you did so we will be able to check that you really tried to unlock it. Let us know when you did so, then we will issue a refund.

It was yesterday and i couldnt even unlock it
Everytime when i click unlock i get an error because there is no internet access through it and i have to disable my internet connection to make it detectable, is that model even unlockable with dc-unlocker?

You can not use same device that you are trying to unlock for internet. You must have alternative connection. However, if i misunderstood you and you already tried with connection not from e303 and you still lose connection, then you need check adapter binding settings Adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings

No it is not unlockable as after unlock modem remains locked, but in this case you need to perform direct unlock so that we could issue refund for you then. You can try to unlock same device with 0 credits now.
