Check our guides for how to detect certain huawei phone https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_p...lock_tutorials. Make sure your phone that you try to detect is in the supported list https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy/user_prices. This problem that you face might be related to drivers, therefore you will have to uninstall all other huawei phones drivers from pc and install only those that are provided in the guide of ours (considering your phone is in our supported models list).
