Problem activating voice feature E169G

I ma trying to activate voice feature on E169G
I tryed almost alla firmware I round bit when I open DC unlocker it says that voice is disabled. then I pur in free voice account, I click on enable voice, It runs band Giove me insufficent credits... How can I dolce?

Activating voice requires 4 credits for this device, there is no such thing as free account to activate voice.
