HUAWEI E367U-2 Unlock Problem

I have a Idea Net Setter HUAWEI E367U-2 which I want to unlock. I got credits for DC-UNLOCKER and tried to unlock the data card but it failed and says I have 0 attempts left.

I want to reset the counter back to 0 but it is not possible. I tried the HUAWEI UNLOCKER utility but that too isnt working. Below is the status of my modem please help as how to reset the unlock counter:

I don't see that you have had tried to unlock this modem. You can unlock it with dc-unlocker even if it has wrong codes entered: 10.
