If you can not access support area from this software then check if you can access it from DC-Unlocker client, if no then problem will be somewhere on your side, might be related to browser that you use, try to clear cache of the browser as well. We haven't tested e3131 modem for unlocking it by flashing, therefore no information regarding it is available.Originally posted by engies View PostComment
