i have tried to unlock E5372 but DC-unlocker won't let it unlock some how need help

Maybe there are other huawei phones or modems connected to computer at detect time? If so, then disconnect them before trying to detect and unlock this device.
Also, please use latest dc-unlocker version - 1121 version, restart modem and try to repeat unlock. Unlocking same device does not require credits.

Device seems to be already unlocked as you can see in your own screenshot. You get correct lock status on dc-unlocker when invalid sim is inside it.

no still not unlocked i just tried different SIM still SIM lock show in modem i can show you if u want

also DC-Unlocker don't let me unlock it, unlocking bottom always gray after i scan device i tired many times

If unlock button is grey then it means device is detected as unlocked, therefore you can not unlock it again. There must be invalid sim inside device during detect time to get correct lock status- if it was locked to operator A then you need to insert operators B sim card.

no its not unlocked,

its locked still i used the working SIM card at first time that i try to unlock it with DC-Unlocker software didn't let it unlock from beginning, ture DC-unlocker detect device but couldn't unlock it from first time it tried until now i can't unlock it

If device is detected as unlocked while it has invalid sim inside it then it is definitely not locked, maybe it has customized/branded web ui in which case you'd need to find unbranded one and flash your device with to solve this problem.
