E1550 voice unlock possible?

i have this modem:

Like you can see Voice feature is disabled, i have tested a lot of ways to activate it even the well known AT commands, but it still disabled, now, before buy the 4 credits needed to unlock voice, someone can tell me if this tool will work 100% to activate this feature in this modem?

If your modem firmware version supports it, then yes, you will be able to activate it.
