After i unlocked with other tool, i get "test results secret" message on the phone

Make sure you use auto detect option, phones pc suite software must be closed and not running on pc. There can not be other phones or modems connected to pc during detect/unlock time. Try to reconnect phone to another usb port and check unlock again. Unlocking same device does not require additional credits.
