Huawei e173u-65 can not unlock

dc-unlocker display it is unlocked, but in fact it is locked
when I put other carrier sim card the mobileparnter always display
The SIM/USIM card has not been detected or is invalid.

I have try serval of this card , all same issue .

What sim card is there inserted to modem at detect time? Original or other provider than modem?

Then it means modem already unlocked or not locked.

it is sim card problem , I change a sim card , the e173u-65 is unlocked .
