How to flash clean Mobile Partner 23 dashboard?

Hi

I have a Huawei E392u-12 dongle, which was branded from "3" in Denmark. I downloaded some software from another website which flashed Mobile Partner 21 with custom APNs to the dongle. The APNs arent useful in my country. I would like to have the latest version of Mobile Partner flashed to my device without any customization. Can you tell me, where I can download it? I downloaded the dashboard writer, but I do not have any iso files to flash.

If possible I would like a version without the Hotel/DBank icons from Huawei as well.

I found "Huawei Dashboard Tool", which can be used to create a .exe flash tool from a .iso file. I've tried creating a .iso with only setup.exe and data.bin from the vanilla dashboard. That worked fine, but now it seems, that there are no drivers installed, when the modem is put into the USB port.

Any tips?
