crc error code 11 on huawei e585

Hello, I purchased 7 credit for unlocking this mifi.
The dc-unlocker software recognize the modem but when I try to unlocking it I receive this:
Unlocking, please wait ...

CRC error !

Error code 11


unlock failed !

Can somebody help me to unlock this device?

Have you tried to reconnect/restart device and repeat? What version of dc-unlocker you use? If possible provide detect info.
