    Error validating file

    I bought credits but the device still show 'locked' message. What do I do? My credits show: 0

    Seems that you haven't checked adapter bindings before unlock like suggested in the guide for unlocking your device, please check them otherwise let us know ip address that you try to connect/unlock from.

      I am not a computer expert. I just bought Bolt mobile wifi Huawei E5372 for my home use in Indonesia. I do not live in Indonesia. When I connected the device I get the locked message. That is why I bought credits to unlock the device. My IP is I124.43.126.187
