Unable to unlock Bootloader for Y300-0151

I am following the instructions here. I have followed all the instructions, but when I reach the step "then click magnifying glass button"I get the following error. Ultimately, I am trying to root the phone. I have windows 8.1. Following is the message:

I have installed the driver given in the link in the message again, restarted, still doesn't work. I have also tried uninstalling the driver from the Control Panel-Device Manager-Android Phone and reinstalling still doesn't work.

Please help!!!!

Done still doesn't work. Tried on different PC and USB cable and USB slot as well
