Huawei B260 - Modem not found

Hi.
I used dc-unlocker ver. 1.00.1125 to unlock my router. I disabled UAC and Firewall. Router has ip 192.168.1.1, laptop - 192.168.1.100. I can open 'http://192.168.1.1' in my browser. But software can't find my router.
I used Wireshark for analyse traffic and seen request "GET /api/device/information" and answer "404 Not found". If I open this url in browser then receive same result.
I upgraded firmware by another internet provider (http://oriunde.net/fwup.html). But Nothing.
Can you help me?

Hello, have you checked, maybe your active internet connection uses same ip/gateway as your router, which would possible cause this detection problem. Check if DHCP is enabled.

Simply. I didnt run dc-unlocker as Administrator. This is reason.
