If modem is not found nowhere in device manager then it is damaged/malfunctioning.

There is an unspecified USB composite device ('USB Verbundgerät' in german) in the device manager that may be the USB modem. Where can I find the driver file (.inf) for this modem in the download section?

What drivers? The drivers that are supposed to be installed automatically are inside the usb modem that I can't reach. Does anybody know where I can get those drivers?

Yes. It appears as Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device.

If normal detection does not work for you anymore then you can try to detect modem by putting it into ports mode - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-h...witch-to-ports

All thread was read already, if you can not detect modem by neither of the methods then sorry, nothing else could be done as everything was checked.
