Huawei e173 (unlocked, just need voice, will pay handsomely)
Ok first off I bought my modem off eBay, and have it working fine with AT&T (usa) / HDSPA.
Here is the output from DC-unlocker;

I have been able to successfully flash numerous dashboards and have the modem work with data / sms at really nice speeds.
I even have the master firmware code that lets me "try to flash" different firmwares.
1st problem, all the firmwares I see for the e173 start with 11.**.**, etc. I can't find any in the 21.* and above with voice enabled. Every attempt i have tried to flash a 11. firmware returns an error.
The modem was branded movistar, can't even remember the firmware / dashboard it had. (I have flashed at least 10 firmwares today.) but voice was not an option.
So; is there someone willing to help me get voice on this? I have a PayPal account with money for someone that can get voice working.
