Modem E3131s-1

Hi,
I unlocked the modem with dc unlocker, credit gone.
When tried to use it with another network sim it does not work.
I checked it on dc unlocker, it is relocked.
Please help me. how do I need to proceed.

Please copy here what is detected by dc-unlocker software when not original sim card inserted. Then we would be able to check more.

Yes. unless it's different modem with different firmware in it.
