Are you able to log into server before unlock when e5372 is not connected to pc? If you can, then problem most likely is in adapter bindings, see here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings for how to solve it.

Use direct unlock please, entering code manually might not help.

No you don't need to, you can unlock same device for 0 credits now, unless its a different unit of same model.
