sorry Sir i want to know if i can add a small amount of credits? i have 18 credits, and last time i want to add credits it says there is a minimum credits to add, lets say if i want to add only 3 credits could that be done? (dongle user)

Can not add to dongle less than 20 credits. Minimum amount of credits you can add to dongle account is 20.
