please help. what should I do for unlock?

Is phone in normal mode before you start detect/unlock procedure?

yes sir.... I was connect phone in normal mode and during unlocking processing it go download mode as pink. then showed this error.
I ticked " Unlock and repair Security Data. then showed this error.
when I clicked unlock without ticked Unlock and Repair Security Data.
software said already Unlocked phone.
but still want NCK Code.

Have you tried to restart phone after unlock attemots that you made? Where do you see it that it is unlocked if it still asks for unlock code?
